You’ve probably seen the ads on tv and all over the internet for Beachbody’s latest fitness program, Core De Force. Since I’m a fan of many programs Beachbody offers and love kick-boxing, I couldn’t wait to give their new Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) program a try. But would it give me six-pack abs like the people in the infomercials? All the details in this Core De Force Review.
I love to dance so when I heard about Shaun T’s latest dance focused fitness program, CIZE, I knew I had to try it. For all of my dance friends who haven’t danced in a while it’s a great way to get back into dance. Since you’re in the privacy of your own home you don’t have to worry about what you look like. You can literally dance like no is watching. It feels really good to get into the music and just dance again.
Oh, yeah and you’re exercising at the same time! CIZE is totally different from traditional exercise programs so I feel like it really helps me exercise different parts of my body and my brain.
My husband I completed the Body Beast program by Beachbody earlier this year. While it wasn’t our favorite workout program (we’ve done a few, P90X, Insanity, Brazil Butt Lift, 10-minute Trainer, T-25 and 21 Day Fix) it is a good program for anyone looking for a weight lifting focused workout. This program works for both guys and girls whether you are new to weight-lifting or advanced. I like how correct form and technique are emphasized.
