Timed nutrition is a big part of Beachbody’s newest fitness program 80 Day Obsession.  The meal plan is broken down into color coded portion control containers.  You basically eat 5 small meals a day.  I like to think of it as breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks.  The snacks can be a little tricky to come up with. Beachbody On Demand – Workouts That Travel With You

Recently I found myself on an impromptu business trip.  My original plans to stop and spend the night at my grandparents got changed with the addition of another meeting.  Now instead of spending the night at their house I would be staying at a hotel. No big deal.  Since I was in the middle of the 21 Day Fix Program I would just bring the DVD with me and do one of the workouts that didn’t require weights.  Great plan.  Until I realized that plan wasn’t really going to work.
