The countdown is on! We are one week away from our family beach vacation. Before we hit the beach we like to follow a carb cycling meal plan to drop any extra weight. So this week it’s a carb cycling weekly menu.

I have officially completed my Ultimate Portion Fix Master Coach Certification! I really enjoyed digging deeper into the details of the color coded meal plan that has helped so many people develop healthy eating habits. This week we are following the Portion Fix Carb Cycling Modified Plan. It’s a great way to get started with carb cycling if you’ve never done it before.
I’m calling this week’s menu my bikini ready meal plan. I’ve seen some great results by following the Transform :20 workouts and eating plan. Now it’s time to drop the extra water weight covering those muscles before hitting the beach next week.
