Portion Fix Carb Cycling Modified Plan- Weekly Menu 3/31/19

I have officially completed my Ultimate Portion Fix Master Coach Certification!  I really enjoyed digging deeper into the details of the color coded meal plan that has helped so many people develop healthy eating habits. Bikini Ready Meal Plan – Weekly Menu 2/24/19

I’m calling this week’s menu my bikini ready meal plan. I’ve seen some great results by following the Transform :20 workouts and eating plan.  Now it’s time to drop the extra water weight covering those muscles before hitting the beach next week.
