This week I’ll be finishing up the 645 Fitness Program. I’ve decided to do a “peak week” meal plan for Performance Week which means I’ll be following a carb-cycling meal plan. Check out what is on this week’s meal plan.

645 Performance Week
The final week of the 645 Fitness Program is called Performance Week. We’ve been working up to this for the past 12 weeks. Now it’s time to see what we’re capable of. It reminds me of the last week of 80 Day Obsession which was called Peak Week.
During Peak Week you follow a carb cycle type meal plan. The idea is to shed water weight and reveal those muscles you’ve been building. So I thought it would be fitting to do the same for Performance Week.
