Let’s Get Up Overview
Shaun T has a way of working your body hard but leaving you feeling so good in the process. That’s what his new dance fitness program is all about.
The program focuses on fun, positivity and feeling good while getting an effective workout. This will be known as the fun workout.
It’s an integration of dance and fitness that is easy to follow for people of all dance and fitness levels.
The workouts will be about 30 minutes a day. They will include cardio dance sequences, body-weight resistance training and even Shaun T’s own Insanity-based moves set to music. All building up to a “post-able” performance opportunity at the end of the workout.
