What is #mbf
#mbf is Beachbody’s latest fitness program from super trainer Megan Davies. MBF stands for Muscle Burns Fat. The program includes strength training and cardio set to music to help you build lean muscle and burn fat. When you purchase a challenge pack you’ll also get access to both Beachbody nutrition programs 2B Mindset and Ultimate Portion Fix. I’ll be following Ultimate Portion Fix for the program.

Why Ultimate Portion Fix?
While I have done both nutrition programs included with #mbf, Ultimate Portion Fix is a better fit for me. I’m a very structured person and I like the structure the nutrition program provides. I’ve also put some systems in place to make my Ultimate Portion Fix meal planning simple like the Color Combo Meal Cards below.
