My son is headed back to school this week, well virtually that is. I’ve planned some easy, healthy meals he loves for this week’s menu. Check out what is on this week’s menu and how I get my child to eat what we eat.
Healthy Family Favorites
I always see people asking how they can follow Ultimate Portion Fix and still find meals that their family will eat and enjoy. Now, my son doesn’t love every meal I make but for the most part he eats whatever we eat.
My suggestion to get kids to eat what you are eating is to plan your meals and offer some alternate tweaks. For example, if we are having salad I’ll just put the tomatoes and cucumbers on my son’s plate. Every once and awhile I’ll have him give a salad like we’re eating a try. He’s actually surprised me by liking spinach. The rule in our house is you have to at least try it once.
