The first week of 80 Day Obsession is in the books! I’ve really enjoyed the work outs and timed nutrition meal plan. If you’re not doing 80 Day Obsession Meal Plan B, this week’s menu still has plenty of clean, healthy meal and snack ideas to make your own meal plan.
Detox
While I’m enjoying the food options for 80 Day Obsession Meal B, my body did go through an uncomfortable funky feeling the first week. According to the Facebook Group I am in I was not alone. Gas, bloating and nausea is apparently a normal part of clean eating. It’s just your body detoxing. And to be honest, I binged on all sorts of junk right before I started this program -candy, cookies, wine, soda. Lesson learned.
Fixate Recipes
To get new meal ideas that are already broken down into containers I’ve been using Autumn’s Fixate Cookbook. The meals we’ve tried so far have been very tasty & flavorful. You can purchase a hard copy of the Fixate cookbook through Beachbody or access it through Beachbody On Demand.
Meal Plan System
To make 80 Day Obsession weekly meal planning easier I’ve come up with a system. It includes a meal planning template and meal ideas for each meal block.
Get all the details in my 80 Day Obsession Meal Plan post or this post about my course that teaches you how to make 80 Day Obsession Meal Planning Easy. Plus check out my Color Combo Meal Cards.
