For this week’s meal plan I tapped into my Nutrition+ resources for inspiration. Check out what is on this week’s menu.
Nutrition+ gives you monthly support to help you stay motivated and on-track. You’ll get access to two monthly nutrition memberships: The Mindset Membership and The Monthly Fix. These are continuations of 2B Mindset and Ultimate Portion Fix. I like to think of it like a monthly magazine subscription. You get information on topics, meal plans and new recipes.
Nutrition+ will soon be changing over to BODi (Beachbody On Demand Interactive). The BODi platform will feature all of the Nutrition+ information plus new live workouts. Read my post on BODi to learn more.
