Let’s Get Up Overview
Shaun T has a way of working your body hard but leaving you feeling so good in the process. That’s what his new dance fitness program is all about.
The program focuses on fun, positivity and feeling good while getting an effective workout. This will be known as the fun workout.
It’s an integration of dance and fitness that is easy to follow for people of all dance and fitness levels.
Oh, and the program was filmed in Maui so there’s also beautiful scenery to look forward to every day!
Let’s Get Up Workouts
There are six workouts a week in the 30 day Let’s Get Up program. Each workout is between 30-35 minutes.
Four days a week you’ll perform easy-to-follow dance moves with a quick hit of Insanity-style intervals. But don’t worry, Shaun T says there are no burpees and in fact you won’t be going to the floor at all.
There are 16 unique dance workouts. At the end of every dance workout there’s a final “shareable moment”. Shaun T teaches you short 30-second choreography inspired by the workout so you can learn it and post it on your social media platforms.
The music includes everything from pop, hip-hop, swing, musical theater, Latin, rock and island grooves. Shaun T even wrote and performed some of the music himself, ” The music and lyrics will drive you to move, so you can be free to just dance.”
Two days a week you’ll do Dumbbell Resistance workouts set to rhythm, so you can build muscular endurance and tone. There are four different total-body rhythmic resistance workouts using light to medium dumbbells. Download the Let’s Get Up Weight Tracker to help you push harder each week.
Along with the usual modifier the workouts include onscreen visual cues called Cameos that help you see what is coming up next.

Let’s Get Up Nutrition

Who is Shaun T

Let’s Get Up Release Date
There are two release dates for new programs released through Beachbody On Demand. There is the “VIP Early Access” release date and there is the “General” release date.
VIP Early Access is available to both coaches and customers. To gain VIP Early Access simply purchase early access for the program you want. The cost for VIP Early Access is about $50 per program.
Without VIP Early Access you will just need to wait for the program’s General release. The general release date is usually about six months after VIP Early Access begins. At that time the program will be available in the member library for all Beachbody On Demand users.
VIP Early Access for Let’s Get Up is available for Coaches April 19th and for Customers on May 3rd. The general release date is Fall 2021.
