I just finished Beachbody’s latest fitness program 80 Day Obsession, a step-by-step fitness and nutrition program designed to flatten and tone your abs while lifting and firming your butt. It includes 80 challenging workouts spread over 13 weeks, plus an Eating Plan that’s based on the advanced theory of Timed-Nutrition. Each of the 80 workouts is filmed live, so you get a different experience every day. Spoiler alert: I loved it and got great results. Timed nutrition is a big part of Beachbody’s newest fitness program 80 Day Obsession. The meal plan is broken down into color coded portion control containers. You basically eat 5 small meals a day. I like to think of it as breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks. The snacks can be a little tricky to come up with.
