It’s time to step out of the gym and into the ring for the latest Beachbody fitness program, 10 Rounds. The boxing and weightlifting program from Super Trainer Joel Freeman delivers maximum cardio burn by combining technique, repetition and intensity. Get all the details in this 10 Rounds fitness program review plus a FREE Sample workout. Also, be sure to grab the 10 Rounds Weight Tracker in my Resource Library.
What is 10 Rounds?
10 Rounds is Beachbody’s first-ever boxing program designed to help you get lean & mean in just 6 weeks. Each week is made up of 3 days of boxing training and 2 days of weightlifting.
Each boxing workout is broken into 10 three-minute rounds. You won’t be hitting a punching bag or sparring partner. Instead you’ll perform zero-impact, powerful moves focused on building power, speed and endurance.
The two 30 minute-minute lifting workouts are broken down into upper body and lower body. To help you push harder and get better results I highly suggest tracking your weights on lift days. Grab the 10 Rounds Weight Tracker in my Resource Library.
The workouts are in the real time format meaning you get a new workout every day of the program, which I love. Instead of filming on a set, 10 Rounds was shot in 6 cities across the United States.

10 Rounds Results
The program promises to help you sculpt your body, tighten your midsection, and reveal your abs. Looks like it worked well for Laura!
I absolutely loved 10 Rounds! The program seemed to fly by. I loved the structure of the program and the motivation Joel and the team provide. Even if you start your workout in a bad mood Joel and his corny jokes are sure to put a smile on your face.
I definitely feel stronger after completing the program. Using the weight tracker I created (grab your copy in the resource library), I really pushed myself the last few weeks and could feel the difference.
I’m most impressed with my shoulders. They are shredded with striations I haven’t seen in awhile. My abs and obliques are tighter. But my nutrition wasn’t as dialed in so the abs are covered up a bit. Abs really are made in the kitchen. The program also really works your legs. All the boxing movements start from the legs so you’ll definitely build and feel them.
