After a wonderful vacation where we brought back more than just some souvenirs, yep extra pounds, we are getting back on track with portion fix timed nutrition. Check out what is on this week’s menu while we get back to healthy eating.
Vacation Weight, No Worries
While you could go on vacation and stay on plan with Portion Fix, I typically don’t. I usually start by staying close to plan but near the end of my vacation I throw caution to the wind and indulge in all the drinks & desserts. Yep, I made many visits to the churro cart and don’t regret one delicious, crunchy, cinnamon-sugary bite.
Sure, I came back a few pounds heavier but it doesn’t stress me out. Why? Because I know exactly what to do to get back on track. Having a plan you know works is empowering. It allows you to get off track without stressing out.
