Not sure if you’re ready for 80 Day Obsession but still want to see what the workouts are like without going all in? That’s exactly what A Little Obsessed is designed for. It’s sort of like a sampler of the 80 Day Workouts.
What is A Little Obsessed
A Little Obsessed is a 5 day fitness and nutrition program designed to get you ready for 80 Day Obsession. You get to meet Autumn & the cast, become familiar with the workouts and learn modified versions of the moves from 80 Day Obsession. If you’re not sure you can handle 80 Day Obsession I would suggest doing A Little Obsessed first. It’s a great starting point to get familiar with the program. The progression of the moves during 80 Day Obsession will be easier if you’ve already done a version with A Little Obsessed. You can even do multiple rounds of the 5 day program before you start 80 Day Obsession.
A Little Obsessed is only available through Beachbody On Demand, Beachbody’s on-line streaming fitness service (Learn everything you need to know about Beachbody On Demand here). Since the program is available exclusively on-line all the program materials are also on-line.

A Little Obsessed Workouts
The workouts in A Little Obsessed are shorter (30 minutes versus 45-60 minutes) than 80 Day Obsession but still give you a good feel for the program. Just because the A Little Obsessed workouts are a modified version of 80 Obsession workouts doesn’t mean they are easy. They still include compound moves that work multiple muscle groups at the same time.
The program includes 5 different workouts:
- Total Body Core – weight & loop exercises with a core focus
- Booty- weight & loop exercises geared toward shaping your butt
- AAA- weight, loop & slider exercises to tone your arms, abs & butt
- Cardio Core- loop, slide & cardio exercises to burn fat
- Legs- weight & slide exercises to sculpt your lower half
A Little Obsessed Eating Plan
The A Little Obsessed eating plan is a modified version of the 80 Day Obsession eating plan which follows Timed Nutrition. To start you’ll only time your food around your Workout Block. This tells you what to eat before and after you exercise. The rest of the day you can eat your portions however you’d like.
