I’m starting my Summer workout program, 80 Day Obsession, this week which means I’m buckling back down on my meal planning. But that doesn’t mean I’m skipping out on enjoying the start of grilling season. See what we plan to eat while hanging out by the pool this Memorial Day weekend and the rest of the week with my 80 Day Obsession Morning Workout Meal Plan.

Memorial Day Weekend

You can still enjoy an outdoor barbecue while following Ultimate Portion Fix. A lean hamburger or turkey hot dog on a whole wheat bun works with the container system. With treat swaps you can even enjoy chips, a beer or cocktail by the pool. It’s all a matter of making smart choices. But hey, if you happen to over-indulge over the weekend you can always get back on track. One or two days of bad eating isn’t going to ruin your progress so don’t beat yourself up about it. Move on, fuel your body with good food and you’re sure to feel back to yourself quickly.

80 Day Obsession

I’m kicking off the Summer by starting 80 Day Obsession on Monday!  I’ve done the program twice and got amazing results. It totally reshaped my body. So I thought it would be the perfect program for the Summer. 80 Day Obsession focuses a lot on nutrition. The eating plan is based on Timed Nutrition and is much stricter than the regular Ultimate Portion Fix Foundational eating plan. It can be quite overwhelming that’s why I’ve created a ton of meal planning resources for 80 Day Obsession Meal Planning

This time around I’m going to try and do my workouts in the morning instead of during lunch. That means my workout block and meal times will be a little different than before. I’m in eating plan B. If you’re in a different eating plan you can use my meal plans as a starting point and add or subtract containers as needed.
