I have officially completed LIIFT4! That means I’ll be taking a break from color coded containers for a bit. This week I’m excited to be cooking with Blue Apron again. Check out what’s on this week’s menu.
LIIFT4
Bye, bye color coded containers. My first round of LIIFT4 is officially in the books. I still plan on creating healthy menus but they won’t be tied to container counts for the next few weeks. I’ll have a full review of the fitness program up on the blog soon. Be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss it. Check out my LIIFT4 Meal Planning resources if you need help with containers.
I’m not sure what program I’m going to do next. Beachbody keeps releasing new programs through Beachbody On Demand so it’s thrown my Mapping Out A Fit Year Plan off a bit. Autumn just announced they are coming out with A Little More Obsessed in October. I’m thinking maybe I’ll do 21 Day Fix or T25 until the new videos are released.
Cooking With Blue Apron
I’m excited to have Blue Apron meals on this week’s menu. This week’s meals really appealed to me when I checked out their menu offering. Any meal featuring noodles is a winner in my book. I also like that Blue Apron is now offering meals that are quicker to prepare like this week’s 20 minute Sweet & Spicy Orange Beef.
