This week on the menu I’m trying out a Mexican dish from the FIXATE cookbook to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. I’m also switching up my snacks.
I’m still following the Ultimate Portion Fix Foundational Fix eating plan. One thing I have been changing up is my snack containers. Since I’m working out in the morning I find myself needing some protein and carbs to refuel my muscles post workout. Before I had a green, blue, purple snack in the morning. Now, I’m moving my red, yellow, green snack that used to be in the afternoon to the morning spot. This container line-up more closely follows the Timed Nutrition eating plan approach.
