I’m using some Portion Fix sample meal plans to create my menu this week which means I’m also moving my Portion Fix containers around a bit. See what delicious, healthy meals I have planned for the week.
Mixing Things Up
While planning meals using Portion Fix containers is simple for some, it started off very overwhelming for me. I like to plan meals by recipe so figuring out which containers should go together left me feeling lost. Until, 80 Day Obsession and Timed Nutrition came along. I loved having the containers paired up for me. It made it much easier to plan my meals knowing what containers I needed to use. I created a whole system around it.
So I’ve basically been eating the same container combinations for a few years, minus a few tweaks here and there when I want to try a new recipe. But I really think it’s important to mix things up every once in awhile.
Even if you’re doing 80 Day Obsession Timed Nutrition there are changes in the plan like refeed days. Your body can get used to what you’re feeding it. That’s when you’ll probably hit a plateau. It’s good to keep your body on it’s toes. Mixing up your containers is one way to do that.
