For this week’s menu I’m sticking with Ultimate Portion Fix as I start Beachbody’s newest fitness program 10 Rounds. I’ll be going off plan to enjoy some of my favorite Easter recipes. Check out what’s on this week’s menu and get some ideas for your Easter meal.
Each holiday has it’s own special foods that go with it. It’s usually a time of indulgence and delicious desserts.
But, you have a choice- eat ALL the things or stay on plan. The good news is it’s not an all or nothing choice. You can enjoy the ooey-gooey mac-n-cheese, a slice of carrot cake topped with rich cream cheese frosting and still get your protein and veggies in.
If you’re following Ultimate Portion Fix maybe you save certain containers for your meal and watch your portions. You can stay on plan and choose one item to indulge in.
Or maybe you choose to go all out. It’s one meal, enjoy it guilt free and get back on track the next day. That’s pretty much the approach I’m taking. I plan to enjoy my Easter favorites in moderation and jump back on plan the next day.

10 Rounds Nutrition
Beachbody’s newest fitness program 10 Rounds is now available! I’m getting started with the program on Monday and would love for you to join in my 10 Rounds Challenge Group. You can read all the details about the program in my 10 Rounds review here. I’ve done some of the sample workouts and put together these 10 Tips for 10 Rounds to help you get the most out of the program.
As far as nutrition for 10 Rounds I’ll be following Ultimate Portion Fix. Be sure to correctly calculate your eating plan for 10 rounds. Even if you’ve done portion fix with 21 Day Fix or 80 Day Obsession you may be in a different eating plan for 10 Rounds. When you do your calculation you should choose the “moderately challenging” formula since the workouts are 40 minutes or less. As you lose weight be sure to recalculate your plan every 30 days.
