Happy Thanksgiving week! Check out what is on this week’s meal plan including my Thanksgiving Feast menu.
Thanksgiving Week Meal Plan
Leading up to Thanksgiving I like to plan meals that are as different from our traditional Thanksgiving meal as possible. That’s why I’ve chosen meals like the Healthy Burger Bowl from Autumn Calabrese’s new book Lose Weight Like Crazy and Shrimp & Spinach Pesto Pasta from my website.
We usually have our Thanksgiving feast with my family on Friday instead of Thanksgiving day. So a few years ago I started a new tradition of serving turkey burgers and sweet potato fries on Thanksgiving Day. I like to make my turkey burger on a wheat bun topped with lettuce and cranberry sauce. That way we still get a little Thanksgiving flavor but it’s different enough that we won’t be burned out on holiday food before we even have our family feast.

*I’m having an odd issue with my meal plan doc. Every time I save it and reopen it the purple containers turn orange and some of the orange containers turn light green. I tried several times to fix this. Hopefully next week it will function correctly. Just wanted you to be aware.
