I’m getting a bit better about moving my containers around.
When I first started the Portion Fix meal plan with 21 Day Fix it was very overwhelming. I didn’t know what containers to pair together for meals so sitting down to meal plan was a stressful task.
Then, 80 Day Obsession came along and Autumn introduced Timed Nutrition. She laid out exactly what containers to eat together and when. It made meal planning a lot easier for me because at least I had a starting point.
Currently I start my meal planning with my Timed Nutrition template (you can grab portion fix templates in my resource library for plans A-F). But I’m really following Foundational Fix which allows me to move my containers around any way I wish. This means I can add any recipe I want to my meal plan. I just have to adjust containers for the rest of the day.
