The beginning of the new year is a great time to reset your eating habits and start fresh. And that’s just what I’m doing this week. I’m starting the week with the 3 Day Refresh and completing my menu with 2B Mindset. Check out what’s on this week’s menu.
3 Day Refresh
January is a great time to do a cleanse after all the holiday eating and drinking indulgences. My husband and I did a juice cleanse a few years ago. It was a great way to reset our bodies and get back on track with healthy eating habits.
Beachbody’s 3 Day Refresh has come up in conversation quite a bit lately. I’m the type of person that will learn and talk about something for a while and then one day just dive in. So with the new year I decided it was a good time to give the 3 Day Refresh a try.
The program is designed to help you drop a few pounds in a hurry or break bad eating habits. You drink three daily shakes, a fiber drink, lots of water, plus eat fresh fruits, vegetables and healthy fats.
There are a few people in the What’s Working Here Facebook group that will be doing it together starting Monday, January 13th. Follow along to see how it goes for everyone. If all goes well I plan to do it again the last week of February before our trip. If you haven’t already joined the Facebook Group you can do so here.
After completing the 3 Day Refresh I plan to continue with the 2B Mindset nutrition plan. This will be my second week following the program. I will admit it’s taken a bit of time to get used to since I’ve followed Portion Fix for so long. But, I think I’m beginning to get the hang of it.
