Morning Meltdown 100 Results
The program promises to help you build strength and melt fat. Looks like it worked well for Erica!
I really enjoyed Morning Meltdown 100. Once I got over the fact that the set looked like a Forever 21. The music kept the energy high and DJ Jesse Blake is quite entertaining.
I doubled up the workouts on most days. I like how short & energetic the workouts are. It’s especially nice on mornings where I only have time for one quick workout.
I also enjoy how you can do the workouts on your own schedule. There’s no falling behind because the goal is to just do all 100 workouts.
One thing I did not enjoy about the program is all the jumping. My body just doesn’t like to jump. But there are plenty of modifications to follow.
I loved the variety of workouts. There’s no getting bored during this program.
Jericho is a fantastic trainer. I love how her focus is on feeling strong and empowered. These workouts will leave you feeling like a beast!
