Do you know that all the meal planning resources I share with you I actually use myself? Yep, it’s true.
It’s nice to have an archive of all my previous meal plans to refer back to from time to time. You can create the same sort of archive by saving your meal plans in a file folder on your computer. Or if you prefer a paper copy store them in a binder.
The Color Combo Meal Cards are also quite helpful, especially if you’re following Timed Nutrition which limits the container combinations. When you’re stumped for meal ideas it’s nice to have something to pull from.
