What Works
Have you ever said something over and over again and then one day you actually listen to what you’re saying and something clicks?
I’ve been telling people for a few years now how much 80 Day Obsession reshaped my body. When people ask in Facebook groups which program will get them the best results my comment is always, “80 Day Obsession totally reshaped my body.”
Here lately I’ve been following that up with the fact that I believe the eating plan is what really made such a big difference. It’s a little more dialed in than normal Portion Fix.
I’ve been struggling a bit lately with my nutrition and finally heard the words I’ve been saying and something clicked. I should go back to what worked before and follow the 80 Day Obsession eating plan.
