Super Fast Meal Planning
Meal planning can feel like quite a chore. Especially when you’re just starting out. But once you’ve done it a few times it shouldn’t take you more than 30 minutes a week.
I planned this week’s menu in less than 12 minutes. How? I reused a meal plan I had created before.
You can do the same. Keep an archive on your computer or a binder with all your meal plans. That way all the work is already done for you.
If you don’t have an archive of meal plans to reuse I’ve got you covered. Visit the Meal Plans tab where’s I’ve got almost 200 different meal plans to choose from.
The archive is broken down into the different meal types like Carb Cycling, 2B Mindset, 80 Day Obsession (Timed Nutrition), and Portion Fix.
You can visit the Resource Library to find meal plan templates for your meal plan (A-F). Most of my meal plans are Plan B. Transform 20 & LIIFT4 are Plan A.
If you are a different meal plan just add or subtract containers as needed.
