Sometimes I think we believe things have to be complex to be effective. We overcomplicate things and think they have to be perfect. But guess what? Simple can be effective. In fact simple can be even more effective because it’s something you’ll actually do.
Now I know meal planning doesn’t come naturally to everyone. And that’s okay. We all have our strengths and weaknesses. If meal planning doesn’t come naturally to you then let someone else do it for you.
