I am halfway through the 4 Week Gut Protocol. One thing I will say is that it’s definitely helped me try new things. Learn about some of the new things I’m trying and check out what is on this week’s Gut Protocol Meal Plan.

Trying New Things
One of the coaches on my team said it best when she said she doesn’t find the 4 Week Gut Protocol restricting, rather it’s helped her expand what she’s eating. I couldn’t agree with her more.
My impression of gluten-free items has always been not so great. But let me tell you, gluten free baked goods have come a long way. They’re not as hard to find anymore and they’re also quite delicious.
The program features a number of new delicious recipes which has me trying some new meals. Here are some of my family’s favorites so far:
- Chicken Piccata
- Everything Bagel Salmon
- Chicken Fried Steak
- Chicken A La King with Cauliflower Cream Sauce
I’ve also really enjoyed the lunch bowls I’ve been making with a variety of ingredients.
Plus, I purchased a new Air Fryer that I’ve absolutely loved using. Air frying veggies is so quick, easy & tasty. And it’s simple to clean up.
