This week will be the final week of the 4 Week Gut Protocol for me. Check out what is on this week’s meal plan and what I plan to do next.
First off, four weeks flies by fast. I can’t believe I’m already on the fourth and final week of the 4 Week Gut Protocol.
Have the past three weeks been perfect? Nope, not at all. But I’ve learned a lot along the way. My biggest tip if you’re starting the program would be not to expect to get it exactly right in those first few weeks. It’s a learning process. The longer you do it, the easier it will get.
On that note, I plan to do another round of the 4 Week Gut Protocol and 4 Weeks for Every Body. We have a vacation coming up which just so happens to line up perfectly with doing another round of the program.
