I’m finishing up my first round of the 4 Week Gut Protocol and looking forward to starting round two. See why and check out what is on this week’s meal plan.
Why Round Two?
So why am I so excited about doing another round of 4 Week Gut Protocol? There are actually a few reasons.
- The first reason is because I actually have a better handle on the program this time around. Starting anything new can be overwhelming and you shouldn’t expect to get it right the first time around. I certainly didn’t. However, after four weeks of planning meals for 4 Week Gut Protocol I feel like I have figured out what works for me and my family.
- The second reason is because there were a couple of occasions (Easter, a date night, my nephew’s birthday party) during the program where I didn’t quite stick to the program. Now that I know how to better prepare I feel like I can stick with the program a bit better.
- Third, I feel like the program has helped me mix up my meals a little bit more. We all get into a meal planning rut and having to change things up with the 4 Week Gut Protocol has helped me branch out a bit more in my meal variety.
- Last, but certainly not least, the results. When I was actually following the program 100% I saw some great results. Less bloating, feeling lighter, less gas and just overall feeling good. So many people have gotten amazing results. And it’s not just weight loss, they’re sleeping better, have more energy and have cleared up skin conditions. Here are a few examples:
