My stylist, Kate, really did a great job picking items that fit me perfectly for my 9th Fix! First off, hallelujah for Stitch Fix petite sizes! My stylist chose a petite maxi skirt for me and I can wear it without walking all over it or holding it up while I walk. My short girls know what a huge win this is.
Still haven’t tried Stitch Fix or are unsure what it’s all about? Read my What Is Stitch Fix post to learn all about it. Basically you fill out a profile to let them know what you like, and your stylist sends you five items, which you try on at your convenience in your home, choose what you want to keep and send the rest back in the pre-paid envelope. You can even arrange for it to be picked up at your front door for free. I’ve really enjoyed the variety of clothes and accessories I’ve received and it’s helped me branch out and try new styles.
This month’s fix was a winner and I ended up keeping all five items. One of the items I ended up giving to a friend. With the 25% discount for keeping all five items it was cheaper to keep it than send it back.
Petite Maxi Skirt
Cheyanne Printed Maxi Skirt by Loveappella $58
Love this skirt and the fact that I can wear it without walking on it. It also looks cute topped with a jean jacket.
Petite Dress
Nic Striped Dress by Market & Spruce $64
Love the fit of this dress. I top it with a navy blazer for work.
Tops & Accessories
Bernadette Lace Overlay Raglan Top by Market & Spruce $58
Out of the box I didn’t think I would like it but once I tried it on I loved it. Another example of Stitch Fix taking me out of my comfort zone and helping me be more stylish. The earrings are from my last Fix.
Esten Button-Up Sleeveless Blouse by Collective Concepts $54
&
Veronica Layered Metal Cuff by Zad $32
I didn’t like the fit of the top so I gave it to another petite friend of mine since it cost less to keep all five items and get the 25% discount. I really like the Zad cuff. It’s a fun dress up piece.
