Job 1 Overview
The Job 1 Fitness Program is a 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week program designed to help you focus on your health and fitness no matter how busy you are.
Beachbody Super Trainer Jennifer Jacobs will make the most of your time with innovative functional training. Three days a week you’ll focus on strength training. There are two cardio days a week, one endurance cardio and one HIIT style. As a former Peloton trainer Jennifer is famous for her work on the bike, so as a bonus Job 1 also includes four 20 minute cycling workouts.

Equipment Needed
For Job 1 you’ll need resistance loops, dumbbells. If you’d like to do the 4 bonus cycle workouts the MYX Bike.
Job 1 Workouts
The Job 1 Fitness Program includes 20 Strength and Cardio workouts. No two workouts are the same in the entire program.
Three days a week you’ll focus on strength training. Each strength workout is structured differently to keep your muscles guessing and your mind engaged.
Two days a week focus on cardio. One endurance cardio day and one day of Hight Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to help you burn fat. Four 20 minute cycling workouts are also included to swap in for cardio days if you’d like. You can use any stationary bike.
Monday (Start Strong)– Targeted strength training. Lift heavy and with control to squeeze the most from every rep.
Tuesday (HIIT It)– Alternate between quick, all-out efforts and increasingly short rest periods.
Wednesday (Build & Burn)– Classic strength training and bodyweight intervals.
Thursday (20 Minute Sweat Session)– Three blocks of exercises with both dumbbells and resistance loops.
Friday (Finish Stronger)– Classic strength training and bodyweight intervals.
Working overtime is optional with 4 Bonus Strength workouts and 1 Stretch Recovery routine.

Who is Jennifer Jacobs?
Best known for her 80s Peloton rides, Beachbody’s newest Super Trainer Jennifer Jacobs holds eight fitness and nutrition accreditations from some of the top agencies. She is a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) personal trainer, nutrition coach, and fitness nutrition specialist. She is also a certified indoor cycling instructor through Schwinn and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
