MYX Bike Review
Getting my MYX II Bike made me feel like a kid on Christmas morning. It’s so much more than just a bike.
Here are a few things I love about the MYX II:
- I love the 360 degree rotating screen.
- I love all the adjustments I can make (seat & handlebars up/down, back/front)
- I love how there are videos that explain exactly how to set everything up, where the seat & handlebars should be.
- I love that you can sync up your heart rate monitor for any workout, on or off the bike.
- I love how the heart rate zones are calibrated just for me. My zone 3 and your zone 3 may be totally different.
- I love the stats it shows you throughout your workout and at the end.
I’ve never done a spin class before so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. I can’t imagine just walking into a class and trying to figure things out. I was so thankful for the videos that walked me step by step on how to set up the right seat position.
Let me tell you, cycling is a tough workout. When the trainer mentioned you should feel your lower abs, I was a little surprised. But man, I sure felt my core (and quads) the next day! I’m really looking forward to getting more rides in.
