Timed nutrition is a big part of Beachbody’s newest fitness program 80 Day Obsession. The meal plan is broken down into color coded portion control containers. You basically eat 5 small meals a day. I like to think of it as breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks. The snacks can be a little tricky to come up with.
