My husband I completed the Body Beast program by Beachbody earlier this year. While it wasn’t our favorite workout program (we’ve done a few, P90X, Insanity, Brazil Butt Lift, 10-minute Trainer, T-25 and 21 Day Fix) it is a good program for anyone looking for a weight lifting focused workout. This program works for both guys and girls whether you are new to weight-lifting or advanced. I like how correct form and technique are emphasized.
