Holiday eating is coming to end. I will say it’s been nice & it’s been fun. I’m starting 80 Day Obsession on Monday. I’m really looking forward to it. The 80 Day Obsession Meal Plan took me a bit of effort to get down but I’ve come up with a system to make meal planning easy for the next 80 days.

I am so excited to get started with Beachbody’s newest fitness program, 80 Day Obsession. Along with 80 unique workouts the program includes a timed-nutrition eating plan.
