I’m using up the basil in my garden to make pesto for two meals on this week’s menu. Check out what’s on this week’s menu.
Pesto Two Ways
Pesto is such a delicious and flavorful sauce. It’s filled with healthy fats and is simple to make.
My husband loves my pesto so much. As soon as he noticed all the basil in my garden he requested I make a batch. And he asked if we could have it for more than one meal.
Easy enough! This week I’m using it in my Spinach & Shrimp Pasta recipe and again as a topping for chicken breast with potatoes and zucchini.
