This week’s meal plan was created after I cleaned out my fridge and freezer. See how I make a food inventory list and use it to fill in my Portion Fix meal plan.
Food Inventory
Before I got started with my meal planning this week I took the time to clean out my refrigerator and freezer. Things had gotten pretty bad in the freezer. As in, struggling to shove the freezer door shut bad.
I threw out anything expired in the fridge and anything that had been in the freezer that had been hanging around for far too long.
After cleaning everything out, I made a food inventory list using the Portion Fix printable grocery list. When you’re trying to fill your containers for the week it’s helpful to know what you’ve already got on hand.
