This week’s menu is all sorts of crazy. Sunday is Easter so I’m looking forward to cooking up all my Easter Menu favorites. I’m traveling for work this week so I’ve flipped some of my workout & meal times. I’ve also got meals planned for my husband and son for while I’m away.
I can not wait to cook my Easter Menu. It truly has some of my favorite recipes like my Grandmother’s creamy Macaroni with Cheese Sauce and her refreshing Orange Jell-O Salad. I also always look forward to the delicious Cooking Light carrot cake I’ve been making for years. You can get all the recipes at my Favorite Easter Recipes post. Since it’s a holiday my 80 Day Obsession eating plan is out the window for the day.
Timed-Nutrition & Travel
On Monday it’s back to eating on my 80 Day Obsession Meal Plan. Tuesday I’m traveling for work so I’ve taken the time to plan out my workout & meal times. With a little bit of planning I’m hoping to not miss a beat with my 80 Day Obsession eating. I’ve flipped some of my workout times to the morning which means I’ve moved the pre & post workout meal times as well. You’ll see the changes on the 80 Day Obsession Meal Plan Template below.
I’ve also planned some simple meals for my husband to make while I’m away. You’ll find those on the regular menu template.
