We are back in the swing of things with Portion Fix & Timed Nutrition. This week’s menu has some of my favorite fix recipes and our Valentine’s Dinner at home menu.
Back on Track
We’ve been dialing in our nutrition. I don’t know about you but a beach vacation is just the motivation I need to stay on track. My husband and I are heading to Mexico at the end of the month so I’ve been focusing on following Timed Nutrition as closely as possible.
My husband loves it because I portion out his meals and snacks every day too. He’s already lost four pounds!
Even on Valentine’s Day we are able to stay on track with our eating plan, mostly. The main course matches our containers. Now, we could save some containers for dessert but I honestly don’t. I just enjoy the delicious strawberries and chocolate fondue. We only have it twice a year (Christmas & Valentines) and it’s a Cooking Light recipe.
