Christmas is almost here! Are you ready? This week’s weekly menu has simple and mostly healthy meals to get you through the last minute holiday rush.
I’ve pretty much done all of my Christmas shopping online this year. Thank you Amazon & Target! Shopping online is fun because it’s like Christmas twice. You get to carefully select your gift then you get the surprise of seeing what is in the box when it arrives at your door! All without hunting for a parking spot, braving the cold, the crowds and waiting in lines to checkout.
There’s still time to get in your last minute online orders. Sign up for Amazon Prime and get FREE 2-Day shipping. Target REDCard holders also enjoy FREE shipping. If you find yourself needing a last minute gift I would highly suggest printing out a Stitch Fix Gift card. A great gift idea for moms, dads, sisters, brothers, pretty much anyone who wears clothes. And you can print it right from your computer.
Time for Rest
The holiday season is such a busy time of year. It’s important to remember to give yourself a break and take the time to rest. I’m looking forward to cashing in the spa day my husband got me for my birthday this week!
You don’t have to take a full on spa day but maybe while dinner is in the oven put your feet up and rest until the timer goes off or treat yourself to a candle lit bath after getting the dishes done. Just be sure to take some time for yourself so you don’t find yourself exhausted and unable to enjoy the holidays with your family.
