Lose Weight Like Crazy
Autumn Calabrese, creator of the 21 Day Fix, 80 Day Obsession and the Ultimate Portion Fix, has launched a new book — Lose Weight Like Crazy, Even If You Have a Crazy Life.
Now, I’m an Autumn fan. 80 Day Obsession totally reshaped my body (read my review here). I’ve studied Ultimate Portion Fix and I am a Certified Ultimate Portion Fix Master Coach. I know what she teaches. So why would I purchase her new book?
First, I think it’s always a good idea to read & learn things more than once. The more you study and hear something the more it sinks in. Sometimes just hearing something in a different way makes it click for you.
Second, the book includes some of Autumn’s personal stories and I always find people’s back stories interesting.
Third, new recipes!
The book is basically broken down into three sections:
- Autumn’s Story
- The Portion Fix Plan
- Portion Fix Recipes & 2 Workouts
The book is a great supplement to the Ultimate Portion Fix program.
