A new year, a fresh start. January is a great time to set some intentions for the new year. If getting control of meal planning for your family is on your list of things to do, I’ve got your back. Each week I share the weekly menu I put together for my family. Follow along and make meal planning simple this year.
Weekly Meal Planning
I’ve been creating a weekly menu for years. Even before my son was born. The reason I started doing it more than 10 years ago and still do it today is because I don’t want to go to the grocery store more than once a week. When you don’t have a plan you end up scrambling and stressed about what the heck you’re going to eat. Which either leads to you constantly running to the grocery store or eating junk.
I’m sure you’ll agree you’ve got better things to do with your time than going to the grocery store. And, you’re probably trying to eat well to stay healthy. Planning your meals, including snacks, will save you time and keep you from eating random junk food.
