Sitting down to plan out a week’s worth of Portion Fix meals can be overwhelming when you’re staring at a blank page. But when you start with a meal plan template the task becomes so much easier. Check out what’s on this week’s menu and how to use meal plan templates.

Meal Plan Templates
If you’re new to Portion Fix sitting down to plan out a week’s worth of meals can be overwhelming. I know when I first started the eating plan it took me several tries and many hours to come up with a meal plan. Once Timed Nutrition came out with 80 Day Obsession and Autumn paired up the containers, meal planning became so much easier.
Now I start my meal planning sessions by pulling up my meal plan template. It gives me a starting point for which containers to pair together. If I want to make a recipe that doesn’t fit how my containers are laid out in the template I simply move containers around.
You can find meal plan templates in the What’s Working Here Resource Library for all Meal Plans A-F.
Plus, to make meal planning with my meal plan templates even easier I’ve created Color Combo Meal Plan Cards. The cards have meal ideas on the front and a list of ingredients on the back.
