I am back from Coach Summit and back into my routine. Well, sort of. I’m still playing a bit of catch-up and behind on a few things. But, I’m giving myself some grace and space to get it all done. Check out what is on this week’s meal plan.
Starting Place
Staring at a blank page to plan your meals can be quite overwhelming. That’s why I like to start with a meal plan template. You can find meal plan templates for Portion Fix, Timed Nutrition (80 Day Obsession), Carb Cycling and 4 Week Gut Protocol in my free Resource Library.
I’ve decided to make 4 Week Gut Protocol my starting point from now on. The eating plan worked for me so well, why wouldn’t I want to continue following it. While I’ll be starting with 4WGP as my template I do plan to occasionally allow myself things aren’t on the meal plan like cheese and corn. I’ll be filing these meal plans under “Portion Fix” in my meal plan archive because I don’t want to confuse anyone trying to follow 4WGP as it is written. Hopefully that makes sense.
