Thanksgiving Menu
When you think of Thanksgiving what usually comes to mind? ALL THE FOOD! Yes counting your blessings and being with family & friends is an important part of Thanksgiving but the feast usually takes center stage.
If you’re trying to lose or maintain weight the thought of sitting down to a big meal might make you feel a little anxious about staying on track. The good news is, Thanksgiving is only one day! It’s one meal (or more depending on how many gatherings you attend).
Can you stay on track with your Portion Fix meal plan? Yep! Is it okay if you don’t? Absolutely!
You’re in control of what you choose or don’t choose to consume. Throw out any thoughts about what others might think of you if you choose to not go back for seconds or only have one slice of pie. You know your goals and what is best for you. And if you do choose to eat all the things. Enjoy every bite, don’t eat yourself sick and get back on track the next day.
