Just because it’s healthy doesn’t mean you have to eat it. As I’m going back through my archives to create my meal plans I’m coming across healthy recipes that I’m just really not that fond of. Check out what made the cut this time around.
Just Because It’s Healthy
Have you ever eaten something just because you thought it was healthy but not really enjoyed it? (Raises hand)
Yeah, sardines are at the top of the Portion Fix Protein List. So I tried them. The smell, look and taste are not appetizing to me at all. So just because they’re the top source of protein doesn’t mean I’m going to keep eating them. Sure give something a try at least once or twice but if you don’t like it pick something else you do like.
Healthy food can and should be delicious. You should look forward to your meals. Don’t think just because you’re trying to eat better that you have to only eat bland, boring food.
