Sure Thing Overview
Sure Thing is an 8 week fitness program that includes both cardio and weight lifting workouts. Super Trainer Megan Davies uses Type Training to help you stay challenged. She wants you to feel good from the first day instead of waiting till you finish the program.

Here’s the equipment you’ll need for Sure Thing:
Sure Thing Workouts
With Sure Thing you’ll do 5 workouts a week. Each workout is about 30-45 minutes. There are 36 unique Sure Thing workouts broken down into Endurance Weeks, Power Weeks and Functional Recovery Weeks. The program also includes 8 Cycling Rides.
You’ll alternate between Endurance & Power weeks with the 4th & 8th week being Functional Recovery weeks.
Many of the exercises repeat throughout the duration of the program. Be sure to download my Sure Thing Dumbbell Tracker to help you track your weights and increase your strength.
Endurance Weeks
Endurance weeks use lighter weights and higher reps to target slow twitch muscle fibers and increase stamina.
- Endurance Strength (Monday & Friday) – high rep workout and “run the rack” challenge
- Cardio Conditioning (Tuesday) – high intensity interval training (HIIT)
- EMOM Strength (Wednesday) – traditional weight lifting combined with “every minute on the minute” (EMOM) challenges
- Bodyweight Burnout (Thursday) – unilateral (one-sided) body weight exercises
Power Weeks
Power weeks use slow and controlled heavy lifting to target fast twitch muscle fibers to build strength.
- Upper Body Power (Monday) – plyometric and low-impact agility moves
- Explosive Cardio (Tuesday) – high intensity interval training (HIIT)
- Strength & Stability (Wednesday) – slower paced, stability-focused strength session
- Combination Strength (Thursday) – stacked strength training moves
- Lower Body Power (Friday) – low reps and heavy weights
Functional Recovery Weeks
Functional Recovery weeks combine lifting with mobility work to ease soreness and promote recovery.
- Power Strength Circuit (Monday) – circuit style mobility workout
- Rest or Cycle (Tuesday & Thursday) – muscular endurance circuits
- Endurance Strength Circuit (Wednesday) – total body circuit session
- Hybrid Strength Circuit (Friday)

Who is Megan Davies
Megan first started with BODi when she won the fitness reality show, The 20s. Following the show she created Clean Week, a program that helps you create healthy habits in just 7 days. Her first full program was MBF & MBFA, which I absolutely love!
Megan is an experienced personal trainer who has spent years training clients and expanding her skills, earning certifications from NSCA and CPTS, and opening her own gym.

Sure Thing Release Date
There are two release dates for new programs released through Beachbody On Demand. There is the “VIP Early Access” release date and there is the “General” release date.
VIP Early Access is available to both coaches and customers. To gain VIP Early Access simply purchase early access for the program you want. The cost for VIP Early Access is about $50 per program.
Without VIP Early Access you will just need to wait for the program’s General release. The general release date is usually about six months after VIP Early Access begins. At that time the program will be available in the member library for all Beachbody On Demand users.
Sure Thing VIP Early Access will be available for Coaches & Preferred Customers on December 6, 2022 and for regular customers on December 20, 2022. The program will be available for everyone with access to BOD sometime in mid 2023.
