Menu Planning is easy when you carry over meals from the week before. Some of the meals in this week’s Weekly Menu may look familiar.
We are finally supposed to get some Fall-like weather here in Houston this week. I’m looking forward to making some cool weather classics for this week’s Weekly Menu.
This week we’re getting ready for a trip to Vegas for my company’s annual user conference so I’ve put together a healthy menu with one exception.
It may officially be Fall but here in Texas it’s still pretty hot. I’m looking forward to watching football with a bowl of chili. Until it cools off I’m still enjoying some of my favorite hot weather recipes in this week’s Weekly Menu.
For this week’s menu I chose lighter, healthier meals. My eating hasn’t been that great lately. It’s the eating I’ve been doing outside of the menu that’s the problem- chips, candy. The best way to prevent that is keeping the junk out of the house. Which for the most part we do but sometimes we indulge and buy the variety pack of chips.
