By popular request I have created a no-cook Portion Fix meal plan. Check out what is on this week’s meal plan that requires hardly any time in the kitchen at all.

No-Cook Meal Plan
When you first dive into Portion Fix you might think you’ve got to be an excellent cook to follow the program. After all, the recipes in the Fixate Cooking show and Fixate Cookbooks are all created by Autumn’s Brother, Chef Bobby Calabrese. And while those recipes are delicious some are down right time consuming to make.
The good news is you don’t have to be a chef or cook like one to follow Portion Fix. There are plenty of no-cook meals you can make that are on plan. Let’s face it, the simpler something is to do the easier it will be to stick with, especially when you’re just starting out.
If you’re not into cooking or just don’t have the time I highly suggest taking advantage of any pre-made items in your local grocery store. Here in Texas we have HEB stores that have ready to heat and eat pre-made Meal Simple meals. They are fresh, individually portioned meals usually with a protein, veggie and carb (red, yellow, green). Sort of like a frozen tv dinner but without all the extra preservatives.
I also like to use bagged veggies that you can steam in the microwave, no chopping or washing necessary. Rotisserie chickens are also a great time saver. If you can’t find a rotisserie chicken you can also use canned cooked chicken.
